notable fact for New Brunswick.  Bayside
Katfish (Knight Champ-Bayside Empress), who was raised at Johnny Rae’s farm in
Dumfries, is the winningest New Brunswick-bred horse in the modern era with 86
lifetime wins.  Next on the list is Galen
Dempsey’s homebred Laurels Curly (Crafty Shadow-Star News) with 81.  J L Cook (Quality Blue Chip-Goldies Slip) and
Miramichi Casey (Billie Eden-Tammy Reed) have 75 each.
